The Process

Step 1:

We work with businesses or individual professionals. We specialize in productivity, executive functioning, cross-cultural communication, career planning, emotion regulation, leading Latina or Latinx employees, and leading Neurodivergent (Autism or ADHD diagnosed) employees. We conduct assessments using interviews, standardized tests, and our advanced psychological and statistical knowledge to identify your or your company’s professional development needs, strengths, and desired outcomes in the aforementioned areas.

We conduct an organizational assessment using interviews, standardized tests, and our advanced statistical analyses to identify your company’s leadership needs, strengths, and desired outcomes.

Step 2:

We use our science and proprietary intellectual property to

guide our recommendations based

on your unique needs.

Step 3:

We collaboratively develop a career or leadership development program including 1) individual career or leadership coaching sessions, 2) group training sessions, and/or 3) organizational consulting for senior leaders.

Step 3:

With you, we collaboratively develop  a large-scale program with skill-based group trainings AND individual coaching to maximize the growth potential of each leader.

Step 4:

We create and implement an action plan based on assessment data, including identified strengths and weaknesses.

With each leader enrolled in a leadership program, we create and implement a coaching action plan based on their leadership 360 assessment  data (including identified strengths & weaknesses).  We offer group leadership trainings for each leader as well.

Step 5:

We measure our impact using your or your company’s identified desired outcomes, altering our process as needed.

Our career, leadership, or organizational development programs provide a comprehensive approach to support professionals in maximizing their potential and positive impact.

Our standardized or interview-based assessments and coaching involve identifying each person’s strengths and areas for growth. In coaching. we help people understand their leadership or career identities, improve productivity and executive functioning skills, lead culturally diverse teams, manage their thoughts and emotions, and more with research-based strategies.

Our group trainings combine research-based didactic and experiential components to increase leadership or professional development skills and competencies. Discussions and group exercises are facilitated with proven learning and development methods.

Finally, our organizational consulting services support senior leaders in the strategic planning of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to support Latinx, Neurodivergent, and other underrepresented professionals.
